This copyright case was between Coldplay and Joe Satriani. The guitarist in the small relatively unknown band claimed in 2008 that Coldplay stole the tune of their hit song Viva la Vida from the groups 2004 song called "If I Could Fly". Coldplay didn't overreact about the claim because they knew that their song was 100% original.
